Sasuke Uchiha, the lone survivor of the Uchiha Clan and a former member of Team 7, is known for his impressive physical abilities and ninjutsu skills. To train like Sasuke, we've created an intermediate full body workout that focuses on building strength and endurance.
The workout consists of 5 exercises, each done for 3 sets:
Jumping Jacks and Lunges help to improve cardiovascular endurance and leg strength, while Pushups and Squats target the upper and lower body respectively. The Plank exercise is a great way to engage the core, just as Sasuke uses his core strength to execute powerful jutsus.
